Recreating 'Love Letter' Film Poster
I used the programme Photoshop to recreate the love letter film poster. I used a variety of different tools within the programme to make it as similar as possible to the original. Some of the tools I used were the gradient tool, text boxes, rasterizing tool and importing images.
There was a variety of conventions within the poster such as the masthead which is a vibrant red colour to attract a wider audience as it stands out a lot. There is also a tag line which states 'How long before destiny brings them back together' which sets the genre of romance to clearly connote love and happiness. The main image is of 2 characters which the audience can clearly see are in love which will make them want to see the film more.
